Get Support

Every way to reach the nRouter team from the docs: check status first, open a ticket with the request ID, browse the Help Center, or email the right inbox.

If the guides and Troubleshooting have not solved it, this page routes you to a human. Check the service status first — an open incident means the problem is on our side, not yours. For anything specific to your account or a request, open a support ticket and include the request ID; for sales, security, legal, or privacy, email the dedicated inbox below.

Check status first

The service status page shows live availability and open incidents. If an incident covers your model or region, no change on your side will fix it — the status page is where resolution is posted.

Open a support ticket

The support ticket form is the fastest route for account and request problems. Include the request ID of the failed call (it is in the response headers and in Logs), roughly when it happened, the model you sent, and what you expected instead — with those, support can pull the exact request instead of asking you to reproduce it. Tickets are answered in under one business day.

Browse the Help Center

The Help Center answers account, billing, and API key questions in short form — many problems are already answered there.
